CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY SERVICES

Monique provides psychology services to adults and adolescents for the treatment of a broad range of mental health difficulties. She has a special interest in, and works extensively with, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders (generalised anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety), body-focused repetitive behaviours, and phobias. She also provides treatment for mood disorders (depression, bipolar), tics / Tourette syndrome, perinatal and postnatal difficulties, adjustment disorder, grief and loss, and general life stress.

Appointments are currently available Australia-wide via Telehealth (video or phone). In-person appointments will also resume in mid 2025 in Bayside Melbourne.

 

ASSESSMENT & DIAGNOSIS

As a clinically endorsed psychologist, Monique has completed extensive training in the assessment of mental health disorders, and can provide a mental health diagnosis/diagnostic clarity if required and appropriate.  

 

TRAINING & CONSULTATION

Monique has provided training and reflective practice services to community mental health organisations, schools, and the public on a range of topics. PROFESSIONAL SUPERVISION

Monique is a board-approved clinical supervisor with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and provides clinical individual and group supervision to mental health professionals including psychologists, mental health nurses, and social workers.
